Review

Most delicious orchestral composition I can imagine. This is why I love film music. Poetical, dramatic, romantic, divine, magnificent. Beautiful piano playing and capable conducting as known from Debbie Wiseman. A masterpiece, centered around two excellent main themes, but the score also consists of several other themes, e.g. the baroque-like “I Do Need An Audience”, the western-like “Wilde West”, “Ah, Leave Me Not To Pine”*, and “The Selfish Giant”. Unfortunately, the main themes become too repetitive in the second half of the soundtrack.
